Nothing on this Website constitutes a binding contractual offer. Your order represents an offer to purchase, which is officially accepted once we send you a confirmation email.
Due to the immediate digital access granted upon purchase, all sales of the Neurofeedback Enhancer Course and associated downloadable assets are final and non-refundable. 9. Prohibited Use & User Conduct
In using the Website and Services, You agree that You will not:

20.2 Binding Arbitration: If a dispute is not resolved informally, You and Neurofeedback Enhancer LLC agree that any claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where it qualifies. The arbitration shall be conducted in Texas, or another mutually agreed location, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
20.3 Class Action Waiver: You and Neurofeedback Enhancer LLC agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only, and not on a class, consolidated, or representative basis. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a class or representative proceeding. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or dispute, that claim or dispute shall proceed in court and shall be severed from any arbitration.
20.4 Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to hello@neurofeedbackenhancer.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. If You opt out, neither You nor We are bound by this Section 20, and disputes will be resolved under Section 21 (Law and Jurisdiction).
21. Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and the legal relationship between you and Neurofeedback Enhancer LLC, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to Section 20 (Dispute Resolution & Arbitration), you agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within Texas.
